• Planting instructions: Spring Salad Mix greens prefer cool weather. Plant in spring and fall. To save space, plant in wide rows. Each variety will plant up to 4 square feet.
• Mark off the areas where you want to plant each variety and then broadcast the seeds evenly. Gently rake the lettuce, arugula and kale seeds so that they are buried just beneath the surface. Rake the spinach seeds deeper, about 1/2".
